Shane has worked in local government since 2003 when he was introduced to the profession as a Best and Brightest intern with the Town of Poncha Springs. Following this great experience, he’s been lucky to have worked in Colorado’s most exceptional places, including as the Town Manager of Grand Lake, City Manager of Cortez, and currently as the Town Manager of Windsor. Shane and his wife Darci have two sons, Sawyer and Nolan, who are equally cute and ornery. On his time off, Shane enjoys spending time with his family outdoors camping, fishing, golfing, and mountain biking.
