Nile joined CIRSA in 1992 and is responsible for the investigation of police liability and employment claims, along with other member claims. He also conducts scene investigations and attends court hearings and settlement conferences. Nile graduated from the University of Southern Colorado (Now CSU-Pueblo). In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and getting together with friends and family.
