Houssin has 30 years of electrical engineering experience and serves as the Superintendent/Electrical Engineer for the City of Lamar. He has a B.S.EE from Oklahoma State University. Houssin serves as the Chairman of the Lamar Safety Committee, is a representative on the CAMU and RMEL committees, and is a member of IEEE and AEE. He is honored to represent members’ best interests on the CIRSA Board. He joined the Board in April 2001.
