Heather has a wide range of experience in customer-focused, fast-paced, and dynamic environments. She started her career with Farmers Insurance as a workers’ compensation claims representative handling cases with a broad range of complexity. Due to her interest in home construction, mid-career she went into project management handling multi-line residential construction projects focusing on home exteriors. Heather joined the team at CIRSA in 2022 as a Property/Casualty Claims Representative. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and remodeling her home.
