2025 CIRSA RFP for Office Space Needs Assessment
CIRSA is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct an Office Space Needs Assessment to support CIRSA’s strategic planning regarding the potential acquisition of new, owned office space. The selected proposer will conduct a comprehensive assessment of CIRSA’s current and long-term office and functional space needs, providing a general analysis of space planning options.
Please e-mail proposals to Mary Beth Brown, Human Resources & Operations Manager, at marybethb@cirsa.org. Your complete proposal must be received at this email address no later than 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Daylight Saving Time, our local time) on Monday, December 22, 2025.
This RFP is a solicitation of proposals and not an offer to contract, and CIRSA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to consider alternatives, to waive any informalities or irregularities, to re-solicit proposals, to postpone, terminate, or abandon the RFP process at any time, to negotiate with more than one proposer simultaneously, and to make selections among the proposals that are deemed in the best interest of CIRSA. This RFP is not a solicitation for real estate brokerage services, and proposals for such services will not be considered.
