This seminar is designed for managers, supervisors, HR staff, and other professionals seeking practical guidance on key employment law topics of interest to CIRSA members. The session emphasizes best practices that support legal compliance and help reduce organizational risk. Presenters Sam Light, CIRSA’s Deputy Executive Director/General Counsel, and Nick Cotton-Baez, CIRSA Associate General Counsel, will address common employment-related questions received from members, including topics such as FMLA, ADA, and employee leave, discrimination and harassment complaints, wage and hour compliance, at-will employment, and performance management and documentation.
