Back Injury Prevention – This two-hour course provides student with a different understanding of how the back and core supporting structures work, how to help prevent core injuries, lifting techniques and how other parts of the body, such as the feet, directly impact core health. Students will perform lifting exercises. This course may receive OCPO Training Units.
