• Public-Entity Specific Insurance – We serve public entities only, and so we've tailored our insurance coverage programs to meet your unique needs – including some specific coverages that the commercial insurance market never offers.
   
• Team of Personal Representatives – Each CIRSA member works with a specialized team of risk management professionals in claims, loss control and underwriting. We're always ready to assist members with any problems or questions that arise – and we'll be familiar with your specific needs.
   
• Member-Owned Organization – CIRSA members have an equity interest in the organization. We track each dollar of contribution for each member from inception. When declared, any surplus is returned to members, not given to shareholders as with commercial carriers.
