Presenters: Eric Ziporin, Senter Goldfarb & Rice, L.L.C.: Mr. Ziporin emphasizes the representation of counties, municipalities, special districts and other public entities. Current areas of emphasis include First Amendment, discrimination, retaliation, and general business litigation. He has lectured on multiple topics including the defense of public employee claims, primarily with regard to claims against law enforcement officials.
Tom Rice, Senter Goldfarb & Rice, L.L.C.: Mr. Rice specializes in governmental entity defense, employment litigation, civil rights, and products liability law. He attended law school at the University of Colorado. He has earned many accolades such as “Best Lawyers in America in Municipal Law/Litigation” and “Colorado Super Lawyers in Defense Litigation,” among others.
