2020 CIRSA Virtual General Membership Meeting
Wednesday, June 24, 2020 – 11:00 a.m.

As you know, the 2020 CML conference has been canceled because of gathering restrictions related to COVID-19. Accordingly, the CIRSA General Membership Meeting (GMM), which is normally held in conjunction with the CML conference, has been moved to a web conference format, to take place on June 24, 2020, at 11:00 a.m.

Because of the limitations inherent in the web conference format, we are deferring the GMM speaker to 2021. Instead, we are planning a short business meeting as required by the CIRSA Bylaws and Intergovernmental Agreement. The primary agenda item will be the election of four members of the CIRSA Board of Directors.

We know that the work of our members has been deeply affected by the changes wrought by COVID-19. We appreciate your flexibility in adapting to these changes and look forward to our GMM via web conference on June 24. We will follow up with login information as the date draws near.
