HR Generalist

CIRSA has an opening for a HR Generalist with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The HR Generalist will be responsible for ensuring that HR programs and policies support the strategic goals and improve the effectiveness of the HR function within the organization.

The HR Generalist contributes to a variety of human resources projects including, but not limited to, employee recruitment and onboarding; administration of compensation and benefits programs; processing payroll; implementing employee recognition initiatives; updating and maintaining HR-related documents and files; assisting in administration of company performance review platform; maintaining compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies; handling employment-related inquiries; updating and maintaining company’s employee resources platforms, and assisting the department manager and company with other HR and operations functions.

Position Hiring Range:

$58,000 – $72,500 DOQ

  • Are skilled in and adept at learning multiple software platforms and technologies integral to administration of HR functions and programs.

What You Bring to CIRSA:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field required.
  • Work Experience: Four years of professional-level experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job listed above.
  • A valid Driver’s License is required.
